Top 3 Healthy Hair Tips
Rapunzel rapunzel! Oh how we all dream of those long, golden locks that we can drape out our window and Prince Charming can come crawling up to our rescue. Okay so maybe not that far. Though I don’t think the Prince Charming dream is far off. One thing I do know is that we all want luscious hair.
Everyone is dying to know what are the tricks, formulas, and secrets to get luscious locks. Well if you have any PLEASE share! I am going to share my top four tips for healthy hair.
My Top 3 Hair Tips
- Coconut oil seems to be like the fountain of youth for having magic cures. Everything from fat loss, dry skin, cooking- coconut oil helps with it all. There is no need to buy anything fancy or just for hair- what you get at the grocery store works great. Since I have been using it my hair is smooth, shiny and super soft.
- Nature Valley Hair and Nail daily gummy vitamins.
- Do NOT shower everyday (this is hard on your hair and makes it dry out)
