I read that this year’s theme for International Women’s Day is #ChoosetoChallenge, and I can’t think of a better message for women this year. There are so many career opportunities and experiences for both men and women to choose from, and we should all be encouraged to follow our interests in whatever fields we want to regardless of what we fear others might think. Women are capable of anything they put their minds to.’
