3 Ways to Eat Less

If you find yourself overeating you are not alone. Often people have weight problems not by what they are eating, but how much they are eating.

Just like everything in life, it comes down to balance. Even if it’s not a ‘bad’ food, the saying still holds true of ‘too much of a ‘good’ thing.’

Therefore three ways you can eat less of any food is

1) Eat with your non dominant hand. This will make you eat slower.

2)  Eat on a smaller plate. This will make it look like you have more food so mentally it will be more satisfying.

3)  Drink a glass of water before you eat. By filling yourself up with water, you will feel more full.
