What Would Happen if the World Changed Currencies?
Listen up world, the way we do business, buy our goods and receive an income is about to change. The world currency is no longer a dollar amount.
Imagine a world in which there was a single, global currency, equally accessible to all. Well first of all, we would all be rich! More importantly, what would this world look like? What would the currency be?
Well possible currencies could be friendship. The more meaningful relationships you establish, the richer you are. It would be a world filled with endless engagements, dinner parties, walks and coffee dates. Sounds fun to me!
What if the currency was laughter? Laughter is motivating, inspiring, and has a healing power. Laughter makes us smile, relax,worry less, bond and overcome battles. To top it off, we would all have six packs from laughing so much. And just think of how much people would be smiling and the beautiful, everlasting laugh lines.
This idea of a world currency made up of laughter or relationships, may sound naive. However, it is an idea that should make us stop in our tracks. What is stopping the world from being that way? Yes, you may not be able to buy tangible goods or pay your bills with laughter, but you can certainly be ‘rich in life’.
Overall, the more you laugh, the happier your life will become. You can’t help it. Smiling is scientifically proven to release brain chemicals that are calming and boost your mood. Further, think of the amazing feeling that comes after a great talk with a friend or a meaningful conversation over a great cup of tea.
Therefore, you are the banker. You have the power to pay the people in your life with laughter and meaningful relationships. Time to pay up!
